Islamic Divorce Package

  • Our Islamic Divorce Package is delivered in stages, with payments made in instalments that secure and initiate the next stage of work. Each instalment is tied to the progression of the case and the preparation for upcoming services.  Clients will be required to approve the next stage before making each payment. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable, even if the client later chooses not to proceed with that stage or the overall process.
  • An Islamic divorce application remains active for a period of 12 months from the date of submission. During this time, clients may pause and resume the process at any point. After 12 months, if the case has not been completed, a new application will be required to continue. Any discounts or adjustments on re-application are granted solely at the discretion of our team.
 

Islamic Marriage Package

  • A deposit is required to confirm the booking for our Islamic Marriage Package. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Changes and cancellations are permitted up to one week before the scheduled ceremony date. Requests to change the time, date, or venue of the ceremony may incur additional charges. While we will always do our best to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee availability for the revised arrangements.
  • Cancellations made with less than one week's notice will incur the full cost of the package, with no refund available. Similarly, any requested changes to the time, date, or venue made within one week of the scheduled ceremony that cannot be accommodated will also incur the full package cost.
  • All change and cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to contact@mrsconsultants.co.uk or via WhatsApp on +44 7448 592 173. Any exceptions or accommodations—including consideration of exceptional circumstances—are entirely at the discretion of our team.
  • The remaining balance, as quoted, must be paid no later than one week prior to the ceremony.
 

All Scheduled Appointments 

  • Changes and cancellations are permitted free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the session cost will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Notice must be provided either by email to contact@mrsconsultants.co.uk or via WhatsApp on +44 7448 592 173.
  • Requests due to emergencies will be considered at the discretion of the team, and accommodation is not guaranteed.
  • Where a counselling/coaching package is purchased at a discounted rate and the client chooses to discontinue after using only part of the sessions, the sessions that have already been used will be recalculated at the full, non-discounted rate. Any remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly. All accommodations and exceptions are at the sole discretion of our team.
